Olde Fashioned Christmas In The Village – Parade Application

The undersigned, who represents the above organization, agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless The New Paris Chamber of Commerce/CVB, The Village of New Paris, their officers, agents, and any volunteers associated with the Olde Fashioned Christmas in the Village activities, from any and all claims by representatives of the above organization arising from participation in the Olde Fashioned Christmas in the
Village and from and against all damages, costs, legal fees, expenses, and liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim, action or proceedings.
